Project Proposition is a viable project to deploy when the foundational projects are stable and satisfactory in performance inside the clients business. Deploying this project before the foundational performance is stable is incredibly financially risky. Organisations must have both the capacity and capability to handle the rapid increase in sales which can often result.

 Proposition model

The goals of project proposition are simple:

  • A market offer that can drive a superior margin.
  • A market offer that can drive an increase in sales.
  • A market offer that competitors cannot, or will not copy.
  • A market offer that solves a problem that we and our competitors cause our customers.
